Tapping Into Nature

Staunton is a wonderful place to come and rest and to escape the rest of the world for a time.

We believe that connecting with nature is one of the best ways to support our mental health and wellbeing.

The Mindfulness Trail guides you through the park, sharing a unique set of recordings located around the park, designed to help ease your mind and find new ways to tap into your natural surroundings.

This trail is being created in collaboration with East Hants Mind and the Walk for Wellbeing project.
