The volunteers? Well, it depends on what age you are, I suppose. I mean, I would normally work with Mark and we do a bit of hedge trimming, but if he goes up the top of the ladder I’ll hold the ladder for him. I do a bit of digging, but in winter time there’s always lots of leaves that need to be raked up…so there’s always something to be done!
