WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

On the day of your visit you will need to bring:

  • Your online ticket – a digital version on your mobile phone is acceptable.
  • A suitable face covering if you intend to visit our glasshouses, cafe [takeaway only] or onsite shop, unless you have a legitimate reason in line with Government guidance not to wear one.
  • Your current valid membership card.

If you have misplaced your membership card, please contact us on 023 9245 3405 to arrange a new card. There is a fee for this, and we will process your ticket over the phone. 

 

IF YOU ARE DRIVING

Please remember to social distance when getting in or out of your car.

The entrance to Staunton Farm is currently through the gate to the side of the visitor centre, which is now the main exit. Please follow the signage in place when you arrive.

Please only arrive at your pre-booked time to avoid unnecessary queuing and please social distance from other visitors.

Please have your tickets and membership cards ready for checking.

Some areas of the farm are currently a little different, please follow signage and guidance in place throughout your visit for everyone’s safety.

There are three separate locations within the farm for toilets: the main visitor centre, the café and the farm courtyard.

Can I bring my dog?

No pets, but registered assistance dogs are welcome.

How long can I stay on site?

You can stay on site until we close our gates.

What if I miss my allotted time slot?

Please try not to, but yes, please come as soon as you can. Tickets are only valid on the day you have booked for.

I hold an individual membership; can I bring a guest?

Yes, but you will also need to book any extra day visit tickets and pay for these in advance online, as payment cannot be taken on the day.

I hold an individual membership, but my child is over the age of 3, can I bring them?

Yes, but you will also need to book any extra day visit tickets and pay for these in advance online, as payment cannot be taken on the day.

Can we touch or feed the animals?

Touching the animals is not currently permitted. However, animal feed is available for purchase at the gate and visitors can feed the animals via our new feeding tubes.

Can I buy food and refreshments?

Yes, the café will be open for takeaways only and will have a reduced menu for the time being. As restrictions are lifted, we will look to expand our menu offerings.

What cleaning measures are in place?

We have put in place enhanced cleaning measures in line with Government guidance.
