The Friends of Staunton Country Park are partners with the park management and others in delivering events, projects and improvements to the site. Here are some of the ideas we are helping with:
Fundraising
We are raising money to continue the improvements recently carried out using Heritage Lottery funds. Our goals include improving the footpaths around the lake and repairing the turret clock in the Coach House.
History
Many of the Friends are interested in the history and archaeology of the park, and have contributed to small-scale exhibitions about particular moments.
