[Lottie] So I came to be hereā¦ it wasn't expected to be like that. I was from a performance background. I wanted to be involved in the theatre industry, et cetera, where I could entertain people. And this was just a temporary measure. But then I found that I found it really rewarding working with the children, working with the schools, the community, working with families and embracing an environment such as being involved in nature and also educating myself as well, which was really important. So that's how I came into this environment.
[Becca] So I started life as a seasonal ranger and realized I wasn't very good at building fences - digging in particular - but I was really good at teaching children and just being outside and showing nature to the children, and that's what I really loved. And so therefore when I came back down to live on the south coast, I got a job working for Staunton Country Park, and I've never really looked back.
